Delivery time
Your order ships from our supplier's warehouse and arrives in 7–15 business days by our estimate, which we will confirm after a first real order. You receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping is free.
Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Tell us with the “Withdraw from contract here” button below, or with a clear statement sent by email. Then send the console back no later than 14 days after telling us.
Return shipping is at your cost. The amount depends on the carrier you choose and on the return address below.
The return address will be published here before orders open.
We refund you, including the original delivery charge, no later than 14 days after being told of your decision, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have the console back, or until you have sent us proof that you shipped it.
This button will work as soon as orders open. It will let you withdraw online, without sending an email.
Warranty
The console is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the law of your country: 24 months from delivery in France and most EU countries, longer in some (3 years in Spain, Portugal and Sweden, for example). In the Netherlands, it depends on the product's normal lifespan.
